Missed period but NOT pregnant....

Hi All, I am not pregnant, but missed my period this month and don't think I ovulated last month either....this has never happened to me. I have been under a bit of stress lately, but wondering if any of you have experienced this....I'm holding off contacting my doc, since I don't want to over re-act.

Update: I just started today...but was a 34 day cycle, which is quite unusual for me. I feel like my cycles the past two months have been very inconsistent, while I am usually 28-29 days. Hmmm...
