Missed period

I am 1/2 days late and both pregnancy tests I have taken are saying it's negative!! What the hell is going on here?? I'm cramping slightly but other than that there is no AF present has anyone been through this before? It's driving me nuts, I never have a missed period unless im pregnant so starting to think I might have a serious health issue right now :/

Give it a few more days then take another test! You may be pregnant but the levels might not be high enough yet to show in your urine . Or your period might just be late x

I've missed periods before and not been pregnant. It's not uncommon to have one/two off cycles a year. If you miss it again next month and still are getting negative tests you might want to call your doctor just in case.
