Montgomery Tubules

As you all know, I do not symptom spot, but I'm confused about these little buggers.

Mine have never been raised before, my boobs never hurt, nipples are never that sensitive.

Now, since Monday my Montgomery glands have been very raised, very sore, sometimes white like pimples, then red and ouchy.
nipples are very sore too. If I didn't know any better I'd swear I'd had my nipples pierced!

Just wondering, does this happen at any time other than pregnancy?
I wouldn't normally ask, but I got a faint positive on a clear blue the other day, followed by a negative first response on Tuesday.

Someone help me

I know that can be a sign of preganancy - have you taken another test

Those were the first sign of my pregnancy!!

My husband is convinced I'm pregnant because of this, but I've taken two first response and nothing.. I'm gonna wait till next wednesday and test again.
