More no period oddness- advice please!

Hi there!
I was wondering if someone with more ttc experience could shed light on what happened at my ultra sound today.
I've been referred as I don't have periods my estrogen is really high 500 and my fsh was 6 ( guessing this was a false result)
I'm really upset about my ultra sound and I have to wait to see the dr.
Basically my left ovary was tiny with no follies " like an elderly lady"
My right had a cyst so they couldn't see it. I'm really upset. If the other is the same then game over?
She said it was odd because my womb and lining looked ' normal like a menstruating woman with plenty of estrogen'
What the heck? Is all that estrogen coming from the cyst and really I'm menopausal?
Any words of wisdom would be gladly received

I'm sorry, hun, you're facing this. Actually I don't have any words of wisdom here as I've never been in your situation. And this strange fact should be thoroughly studied by your doc undoubtedly. I just wanted to support you and still hope your another ovary is still able to produce some good follicles. Cyst isn't the most crucial thing here. I suppose they can do sth with it to boost your odds. Please, stay strong - we all must be so when facing any fertility issue. Good luck x
