Hello. I'm six weeks and I have bad morning sickness and throwing up. I heard b6 vitamins help but on hand I only have something called B stress complex vitamins. I'm not sure which B vitamins are in it but will this help? Also any other things that work for you? It's hard for me to get out of bed :( I'm pretty much stuck in bed all day for a few days now.

I never took B vitamins.

Things that worked for me:
sour candies (or candies in general) just something you can suck on.
sipping of lemon-aid
warm baths
snacking all day long instead of eating real meals
exercise when possible (I know... but walking can make it feel better)
Ginger helps some people but it didn't work for me.

I ended up on Zofran with my first for a chunk of my first tri and this time around I have had to take it sporadically so if it gets to bad don't fret calling your doctor about it.

Sea bands helped me, you can order them from amazon or ebay, also crackers..I kept them by the side of my bed and ate them whenever I could feel the sickness starting. Feel better soon :hugs:

My ob just put me on Zofran. Works wonders!
