Hey Ladies,
The last couple of days I have felt sick all day long, but haven't actually thrown up. I have found that if I eat something, I feel better? But that means eating every half hour to an hour! I'll be the size of a house if I carry on but it seems to be the only way I feel better
Have been trying to snack on fruit, dry toast, rich tea biscuits and avoiding anything too rich or spicy. Does anyone else have to eat to ease the sicky feeling?! x
