Morning sickness with miscarriage?

The last two years I have had a miscarriage and an ectopic pregnancy. Obviously, I'm pregnant again.

I can't remember having ANY morning sickness with my previous two pregnancies.. but with this one ALL I wanna do is throw up (I've been nauseas for the last 2 weeks but today was my first actual 'vomit fest').

I know this can be a good sign, and I WANT to be excited.. and I don't want to bring up any bad memories from you ladies.. but has anyone had morning/all day sickness with their previous pregnancies?

I'm just trying to stay realistic and not be too hopeful that this pregnancy will make it through.. (I feel like a horrible person for even saying that)..:nope:

I just had nausea with my first pregnancy (MC at 12 weeks) and nothing with my second (MC at 6 weeks), so i would take sickness as a really good sign :) Good luck to you x

Thank you! I'm praying it is. I've been nauseous for a little over a week now and the vomiting started yesterday. I'm trying to eat and stay hydrated but literally NOTHING sounds good. At all. Even the sight of water makes my stomach turn.:sick:

I had some morning sickness (a bit more than with my stillborn) and it got worse after the baby died.

I had no sickness at all with my MC.
This time around I had acute MS up until 5 months! I really hope you don't get it that bad, it was terrible! I survived on nibbling ginger biscuits and sipping water.
I was so ill that I went to see my doctor and he was all happy and said it's a sign of a good strong baby. Then he gave me some anti sickness pills as I could literally keep nothing down and was losing weight.
Don't be worried if you get really sick though, it's horrible, but it really is a good sign. xx

Thank you all. I keep hearing its a very good sign, but I also know some women have NO morning sickness... I just don't want to get too hopeful yet with my history of failed pregnancies. I want so bad to be excited, I just can't let myself yet... :nope:

This is the only pregnancy I've had proper sickness with and the only one which stuck x
