Morrisons Pasta Salad

Anyone Ate the pick it yourself pasta at the pasta bar in morrisons??

just wondering if anyone knows if they use the pasterized mayonaise in the pasta??

ive ate 2 in the past couple of days n didnt really think until now.. theyre so tasty!! lol.

I'd have thought it would have been pasteurised yes - it's rare that places make their own mayo. I'd imagine it was from a jar, so it would have been fine

my first sign of pregnancy (or the one that made me think 'am i pregnant??') was a craving for pasta salad- i used to wake up 9am every morning and all i'd want was pasta salad so i'd walk to sainsburys (which was an hour round trip by foot) and get a large salad from the bar with absolutely everything in it packed to the brim if it's not safe then i'm screwed because i had loads and loads and loads for breakfast aha.

I agree, very unlikely that they've made real mayo - it'll be out of a jar I'm sure!

I've had it and didn't give it a second thought. The likelihood that it's freshly made is so small as they'd need it to last a long time, therefore it most probably comes in a jar.

I was fine when I had it and that was weeks ago

thanks everyone im glad cause i cant stop eating it at the moment.. i bought 2 large tubs and filled them up till i could barely close it lmao..

Nice isn't it! Pretty sure it will be fine. I've had pasta salads from Tesco etc, and they are all made with pasteurised mayo/cheese.

I think its fine hun, ot shud I say hope so cos I have had loads!! Morrisons cheese and ham pasta salad with a jacket potato = heaven!!

i always get the cheese n ham pasta in mine.. and the spicey chicken one.. mmm the spicey chicken .. lol. pack it with loads of cheese on top and those crispy onions.. cant get enuff of it right now hahaha.. xx

Your making my mouth water!!! I start with the pasta then just add crispy onions, bacon bits and croutons 2 mine mMmMmMmMMmMm, i'll either scoff it there and then, using the tiny fork they provide lol, or get it home and have with a nice crispy jacket potato!!

hahaha.. i stick the pasta in first then the cheese and then crispy onions.. OMG.. tastes so good dunnit.. sounds lovely with a jacket spud too.. nomnom!!

i decided to get one on monday.. not ate one for ages.. now all of a sudden i cant stop..

i didnt have one yesterday and was craving for one big time.. wasnt a happy bunny.. so i got 2 large ones today.. ive ate one for today and got one for tomorrow.. but i really wanna eat it noww!!.. lol

i might go and eat it.. then buy another tomorrow..

cadburys chocolate trifles are heaven right now aswell.. but my boyfriend keeps eating them with me too , so they go pretty quick.. urgh.. hes so greedy lmao!!..
