i've got 4 days to go until my due date, and other than losing bits of my plug over the weekend, i've had no other signs at all

LO is fully engaged but just doesn't seem to want to come out! i've got a MW appointment next week & i'll be 40+2 and my MW said that if all is well, then she sees no reason why she can't give me a sweep, so that's good I suppose

not sure whether I should start trying different eviction methods? i've been drinking raspberry leaf tea (thanks to rockys-mumma for posting me a box ) but I heard that the tea is just to help labour, not to start it off. so i'm considering trying to DTD tonight, after eating a pineapple curry whilst bopping on my gym ball in a car going over speedbumps

I have tried everything! DTD, accupressure, hot bath, walking, squats & loads more.

By the way, found this for you, as loads of people do both...
"Curry, only works as an alternative to sex. If you have a curry and then sex, neither of them work. Likewise, curry and pineapple, since cooking the pineapple destroys the enzyme. If you had the pineapple as a raw garnish, that would work, but since you need to eat quite a lot of pineapple, it would have to be a huge curry. Pineapple and sex work fine together"

i've been trying the walking, but getting fed up of OH shouting "you're waddling.. you're waddling!" at me!

is the swallowing thing true? I thought that was just something that a bloke had made up

Haha! Iwas just going to comment and say have you been drinking your tea! Obviously have lol!! Do you like it? I thought it was nasty! I went 6 days overdue but im sure it was a really really long walk that eventually sent me into labour!

yeah, swallowing would definitely be a last resort for me! FX'd we both spontaneously go into labour tomorrow morning! x

yeahh i've been drinking it it's not nice at all though lol i've been adding some sugar which makes it drinkable! ahh i'll have to keep up with the walks then, so what if I waddle x

My Mums creepy friend has already offered accupressure for me...

If you have a breast pump you could try that? It's meant to induce labour, that's the first on my list for 20 weeks time x

Honestly DTD-it DOES bring labor on lol
a few hours after i was getting contractions and next day had my baby lol x

well maybe you will have a due date baby my daughter was born the day before her due date and i had no signs that she was comming out on her own. the obgyn even felt i was going to have to be induced. so good luck and keep walking
