Movement / Heat Sensor Monitor - Video Monitor

I am going to buy the angelcare sound and movement one for peace of mind.

Imo the video ones are a waste of money, just because you can see baby you cant tell if any problems with their breathing.

I want to get the angel care one with movement sensor pad and video-I had one with my first baby (minus the video) and was great. Its just reassuring for parents.
I want the video one this time as she will be sleeping up in our room and our house is on 3 floors, so I don't want to have to go all the way up there each time I want to see her to check she is ok.
