mucinex help plz!!!

Ok so I'm on cd10 of a Provera induced cycle. Last cycle was 99 days with ov around cd82! I took soy isoflaven cd5-9. I'm planning on taking mucinex to thin my cm. Idk when/if I'll ov but hoping the SI will cause me to. When should I start taking the mucinex? How often? & for how long?

Hopefully someone else will chime in, but I think you take as directed starting a few days before O. Be sure to drink lots of water!!

I've heard that but also heard only need to take it once to twice a day. It says every four hours. And idk when I'll ov. Think it'd hurt to start taking it soon and just stop when AF comes?

I heard to take it 2 x daily during your fertile period, so maybe the day before ov, day of ovulation and up to 36 hours after? x

I took it 2x a day, 400 mgs. I started the day of my CD12 scan and kept going until 2 days after I got a +OPK.

Make sure its the right kind, though, without the Phenylephrine. That will dry you out.
