multispetated cyst and its affects on ovulation

Just wondering if anyone knows if a multiseptated cyst affects ovulation. I'm hoping to get pregnant with my 2nd and having some difficulty. I have a multiseptated cyst and not sure if this can affect fertility. Like to hear anyones thoughts.
