Hi ladies

I had my third baby 4 weeks ago. Normal delivery. The weight loss is going ok thanks to breastfeeding, I've about 7lbs to lose. I'm only walking a couple of times a week as I don't want to affect my milk supply by doing crazy exercise. Another few weeks and I should be back to my normal weight.

It's just the mummy tummy!!! I'm sure mine was flatter with my other kids. Any idea when I can start doing stomach exercises? I've Pilates DVDs that I want to start using.

Any ideas? Xx
