Mushroom Cream Soup (For Vegans)

Ingredients:

♥ 400 g mushrooms
♥ 2 leeks
♥ 1 garlic clove, minced
♥ 1 cup soy milk
♥ 2 tablespoon wheat flour
♥ olive oil
♥ salt
♥ basil
♥ soy cream (optional)

Wash vegetables, chop finelly leeks and stir-fry in a saucepan with some olive oil at medium heat. Chop mushrooms. Dissolve flour with leeks and add mushrooms, garlic clove and salt, and stir well. Cook 5 minutes and add 1 l water. Cook 20 minutes, add soy milk, cook 5 more minutes and mix with a blender. Serve pouring soy cream and basil.
 
I just realized it is for vegans
