Must do tips for romantic anniversary in Paris ?

So hubby and I are having TWO whole nights away in Paris on our own without the kids who are staying with my mum and Dad.

Has anyone got any tips of must do activities or places to visit ?

Obv we have the Eiffel Tower - is it advisable to book a table at a restaurant on there or just as well to get a ticket to go on normally ?

Any amazing restaurants ?

We are going in August
