My 13 weeks scan, boy or girl?

Hi all, ive heard of the nub theory but dont even know if the nub is showing on my babies scan at 13 weeks :/ any guesses what baby could be??
Symptoms now at 16 weeks are...
No bump
Dry skin
No sickness
No cravings

U can't see nub but im gonna guess girl x

Would be nice to have a girl, I have 3 boys and by this point in pregnancy had a pretty huge bump, not suffered sickness with any of my pregnancies apart from second when I smelt greasy food my stomach churned :s

Well had a midwife appointment today and heartbeat (17 weeks) was 145-155 im not sure if baby was active though as I still havent had much movement, just the odd flutter
