My 1st Met cycle's complete. Now I need help interpreting my BBT chart. Help please!

Ok, so its now been a month since i started taking Met and charting my BBT on FF and now i need a bit of help interpreting whats happened.

So i'll give you a bit of back ground. If you look at my chart you will see that on day 11-15 i had CM which finished with EWCM. You will then see a temperature shift on CD15 which would mean i ov'd on cd14. My chart then put in an ovulation line at cd14)

Well the temperature change only stayed up for 3 days (cd15-cd17) and then went back down again for 6 days (cd18-cd23). The FF chart then removed the ovulation line. So now i just thought that maybe that was a false alarm.
On cd24 my temperature went up again and now i thought this was the time i ov'd however i didn't have any other symptoms (cm etc). After about 4 days my FF chart shifted my ov day and ovulation line to cd23.

So now i was thinking that i'd ov'd on cd 23 and unfortunately missed the BD as i had no warning!

Anyway so then i thought i would be due on 14 days later which would work out to be cd 36. However when i charted my temps on cd 34 and also said i had some spotting. My FF chart then re-jigged my chart to show (again) that i'd ov'd on cd 14! Why would it do this? Why would it move it back to dc14?I'm a bit confused!

I would really like to know if i was more likely to have ov'd on cd14 or cd23.

Any advise or help would be greatly appreciated!!

Just to let you know the has arrived today cd36.

100% cd 23, going by temps shift and when AF arrived. It'd be very unlikely to have a 21 day LP.

That's what i was thinking. A 21 day LP is very long! Thanks sparkle83.

I don't suppose you have any experience of Met? Is my cycle likely to reduce in length again the second month?

I'm on it now but only have been for a little while... I dont think it changed my cycle any in the past, but that was only at 500mg because I couldnt tolerate any higher. What dose are you on?

1000mg.
The doctor said he was expectiing to bring my cycle down to 28-30 days. I will be happy with 35 tho. Just wondered whether I should be expecting to ov earlier this month.
I think it's going to have to be alot more BD!

Def looks like CD23 to me Great looking chart there too hun Met did shorten my cycles to start with but I still didn't OV, then they went back to normal. I know quite a few people who got BFP with just met and like you they did OV so every chance there hun. Good luck
