Skyler Nathan Meier was born at 35+1weeks by emergency c-section because I had very very severe preeclampsia. It was so bad that they were surprised I wasn't having seizures and hadn't had a stroke.
He's currently doing amazing and is breathing on his own and able to eat on his own. Unfortunately I'm in a different hospital because he had to be transferred. Because of the preeclampsia I was on magnesium sulfate to regulate my blood pressure and that made him really limp and pale initially, so they sent him to a different hospital just in case. Hopefully I'll get out today and be able to go stay with him until he can come home!
He weighed 5lbs 2oz and was 17.25in long
