My baby is sick, do I still give her milk?

I don't really know where to put this..

My baby is 1 (yesterday) but today she's got a stomach bug she's been sick 6 times today. Proper horrible projectile puke. We're used to puke as she has severe reflux buuuuut this is defo Ill sick. Shes done nothing but lie on me all day and hasn't eaten a thing. I know I need to keep her hydrated with water but do I still give her her formula before bed? She only has 2 bottles a day, 1 in the morning and 1 at night. She hasn't been sick now for 3 hours and I don't want her being sick again.. Help?

I avoided normal formula when Omar had a bug. He had a tummy bug twice. At 6 months & another time at 14 months. We were advised to switch to LF formula for 10-12 days both times as it's easier for their tummy to digest during the bug. It really helped in keeping him hydrated without the throwing up.

Once she recovers (when the throwing up stops completely), I'd suggest giving her probiotic yoghurt (Activia or similar) to replace the healthy bacteria she lost in her guts.
