As per the title really my baby never stays still, he is just over 7 months, he crawls, sits and cruises... But even when he is drinking a bottle he is struggling to get free and get down, he comes over to me to be picked up, within a minute he is writhing around trying to get down! The minute he wakes up from a nap or sleep he rolls onto his front and is on the go!

Is anybody else's baby like this or does anybody have any tips?

Mine is rather active. No tips, really, except for the obvious: have the house safe enough for lots of floor play and exploration

My little boy is also like this. Such a handful at the minute. I've just baby proofed and let him roam. When we're out and about I try to keep moving to keep him entertained.

My baby is a little over 7 months. Hes crawling sitting up has two teeth and has this sound he makes that sounds like a scared owl. Its high pitch and its just because.

****question? How big is/was your baby boy at 7 months old? I guess I have a big guy at 24 lbs and 30 inches long

Im not so worried about the crawling/cruising. It's more that he won't stay still when having a bottle etc..

Mine is tall and skinny, not sure about length but 17lbs 8oz at 7 months

My little man was around 23lb. Not sure how long though.

And yes Kellyc! I dread nappy changes 😧

Mine is much the same. She is breastfed, but similarly cannot stay still long enough to complete a feed these days. Not such a big deal as she is 16 months, but it's so annoying when she is nagging for her 'boo' ... because once I give it to her, she's on there anywhere from 5-30 seconds before she wants to get down and run off somewhere. My supply goes up and down like crazy! Half the time, when she does actually want a full feed, there isn't enough milk there because she's constantly taking tiny sips at a time, so she gets really pissed off with me and pummels my boobs!

Nappy changes are a nightmare too. She only ever sits still when she's sleepy - then she will sit/lie on my lap. Even then it's touch and go as she usually gets fed up of being tired and charges off again.

She has ludicrous amounts of energy. She even twitches as she falls asleep as I guess her body just has to let it all out. My OH does this too.

She is definitely more active than the average baby, judging by the amused comments we get at her soft play group as she blasts around screeching and throwing herself around the bouncy castle. She is hilarious ... but tiring to keep up with!

Mine just crawls around with his bottle and lays down n eats when he gets thirsty. I have to wrestle him just to get his diaper change

I'm with you on the nappy changing, such a pain when the are trying to roll (reminds me of a crocodile doing a death roll lol) I've dropped his 11am bottle and he seems better with taking the others.

I wish Lucas would hold his own bottle, he doesn't even try!

My kids were both the same at that age, very normal! Neither had the attention span to nurse for long, they were always straining to look around with a boob in their mouth (ouch). My cousin who is almost 6 was the same with his bottles at 7 months.
