my babys nose

shes got a stuffy nose and im not sure how to get the boggies out,she cant breath right because of them can anyone help?? shes 4weeks old.

I use a saline solution nasal spray its the ONLY way i've been able to clear freddies nose and its suitable from birth. Dont think its the most "natural" way but its very effective x

Same here. Use a saline spray. You can find them in all Boots.

me too, although I use drops - they work but I think I'm gonna try the spray after reading this
