I did a bit of research and it turns out it is your abdominal aorta, it gets pushed closer to the surface and you have increased blood flow during pregnancy, which is why you can see and feel it. Very cool!

I replied with this earlier but my dumb phone must not have actually submitted it (or maybe it was the user lol ) anyhow, the reason I knew it wasn't the placenta is because you can actually see this same thing on a heavier set person, I remember my my mom being in the hospital for gastric bypass and seeing this happen for the first time (the stomach pulsing) when I was 17 or so-it's very weird to see.
I already had this before my pregnancy and my GP thought it was weird and sent me to see a cardiologist but it turns out it can be perfectly normal to see your aorta clearly beats
