Hello everyone. So on early Friday morning I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl Ryleigh Rae. Here's my story 
So on Thursday morning I had just gotten off work went home and felt a small gush nothing major and it stopped right away. It was enough to soak through my panties into my jeans. I called my mw office and told them what happened. They told me to cone in to see if I was leaking. So my and dh head to office. They check everything out and nope everything negative they said I'm not leaking so go home. Disappointed (cuz I was 37 weeks and over being pregnant!) I went home. Later that day same thing happened. Called mw they tell me go to L&D to get checked out. My dh decides that since I am just worried about the same thing as earlier and it was negative he would stay home while I get tested cuz he was sick of being let down too. So alone I head to l&d. They check my panty liner with a special paper it was positive so nurse using a dry glove checks my cervix and then the glove with the paper yup positive! My bag ruptured. I call dh who was excited but mad the one time he stays home I go in labor lol. My mw on the other hand my mw calls and thinks maybe a false positive. They have me walk for an hr with pad. I started having painful contractions when they check again yup positive I was staying to have my baby!!
The next few hrs I spent getting sporadic contractions. They decided to give me pitocin at 11 pm which jumped everything into high gear. Very painful contractions for the next hr that get me from 2 cm to 4 in an hr. They decide to let me get epidural and that's when my labor changed from horrible to amazing lol. I was relaxed and pain free the rest if the time. Didnt even feel the contractions and even rested a little. Finally at 3am it was go time I waited for my mw to tell me when I had a contraction and I pushed 3 times which was painless for me then would rest until next contraction. While resting we laughed and joked with the nurses and my mw telling stories it was a lot of fun. At the end if my laid back fun labor was my little girl born pain free at 4:46am at 6lbs 1 oz and 19inches. I pushed for an hr total.
Overall my experience was amazing and mostly pain free. Only strong pain till I hit 4 cm. So for everyone super worried relax u could have an amazing pain free labor
