You should talk to OH at some point... it will probably be healing for both of you... that baby meant the most to the two of you and you can relate to each other... but take your time and do it when you are ready...

Oh hun our bodies can be so cruel

As V said ask your doctor for a tablet to dry your milk up. I didn't but I just felt like it prolonged the agony for me in a way. I'm still thinking of you hun and still around if you want a chat anytime
