We have been TTC for over a year now and we have been unsuccessful. Recently i have downloaded a million ovulation tracker apps and even drinking fertilitea and nothing has worked and im not sure if the apps are correct. Well I think I have had my first stroke of luck today im starting to have small streaks of blood and my stomach is cramping lightly my LMP ended on 29 October so is this implantation signs or am I excited for nothing?

What was the first day of your cycle? I think it would be a little soon for implantation since you haven't had enough time for ovulation. I would suggest testing for ovulation instead of depending on an app. Every body is different so those apps don't seem very dependable to me. What you should do is start testing for ovulation on cd10. And use afternoon urine after a 3-4 hour hold. If you can spring for the more expensive clear blue digital, thats the one I would suggest. It takes the guess work out of whether or not your line is dark enough. The day of your full flow is cd1, and most people ovulate between cd10-20. Once you can pinpoint your ovulation day, you can start keeping track of how long your leutal phase is. Then you will always know when to expect af.

I never got any of the signs. Ib is rare and its alot nicer when you dont see any blood whats so ever. I tracked when we dtd. I noticed i ovulated on cd 13 but i normally had sex on day 12 and 14. We always seemed to do things at night too. We started dtd at different times and on cd 13 and fell pregnant first month.

im not saying this works for everyone. I also started taking folic acid. I think the stress slows things down. Might be worth asking your dr for some advice if no joy in next couple of cycles. Good luck xx

The day of my first period was the 26th i have tried the ovulation sticks and according to it it varies from me ovulating 2 days to week after my period. Because of my irregularity i havent been able to pin point my cycle length. My doctor put me on birth control pills to help but that only caused me to have a period twice a month sometimes im so confused lol! Thank you for your advice!

Thank you laura109! Im happy for you and i will try that, our doctor told us that we are both healthy and put me on prenatal vitamins he told us that sperm lives up to 5 days so since we can not pinpoint a specific day of ovulation yet we just have intercourse at least every two to three days and still no luck

That seems like a very short time for your follicles to develop mature eggs! Have you spoke to a fertility specialist? There maybe something better than bc to regulate your cycles. I have crazy cycles too. I just started vitex this cycle.

I used equate at first just to test and i never had an positive for ovulation then i started using the clear blue with smiley faces...which was a great tool but i never had ovulation around the same time(3rd month using) thats y i was so excited this month... It said i ovulated on 31st so we have had intercourse everyday since then the small streaks came...im new to the TTC process so im confused

Probably the 22nd since thats my predicted period if its negative i have to find a way to get my cycle regulated. We are both fine and since we have sex 3+ times a week we should have had a BFP

Are you seeing a general practice or a gyno about ttc?

Well if you don't get your bfp this cycle, I really think that you should look into seeing a specialist. You don't seem to have enough time between cd1 and ovulation to be releasing healthy eggs. Thats just my opinion, im certainly not a dr. You could benefit from getting a total fertility check up. They can do a blood test for your progesterone after your positive opk to see how well your ovulating.

Ive had a saline hysetogram, they gave me a transvaginal sonogram since nothing was abnormal they wont go further. According to army policy they wont go further with tests if they see nothing is abnormal but i wish there was a way to find out when im ovulating

Can you not see a dr that isn't governed by the military? Just to get some blood work? Those tests are just to make sure your "plumbing" works so to speak. But ttc is so much more than your uterus and tubes. You have to be sure that all of your hormones are in order too. In fact the hormones being out of balance can not only cause you to keep from getting pregnant, but they are very important to carry a pregnancy.

Ohh i see now, and No i have to go through the military unless they give me a referral
