my bodys hit a plateau and stuck on the same weight....

why does this happen and what can i do to continue to lose weight? xxxx:dohh:
 
lots of reasons, hun!

TOTM
not eating enough
eating too much
a lot of exercise can cause fluid retention
or just one of those things

a way to kick start is back to basics.......... 3 meals, snack on fruit only in between, lots of water
get moving a bit more!

Are you exercising, or just eating differently?
 
no the same, i pretty much eat the same things every day and i think thats why its hit a plateau but ive just started going to the gym 3 times a week so we shall see if anything changes xx
 
drink more fluid and flush out the xs water and you should see a difference!

I calorie counted for a long time and stuck to the same rough figure for ages and then hit a plateau. I found calorie cycling helped for a while and then switched to Slimming World to get things moving again. Like has been said, I found it more when I wasn't eating enough than anything.
