My bubs is never in same spot when i use doppler!

My bubs is for sure a great mover! Whenever i use my doppler i never find bubs in the same place! Sometimes he/she is right near my pubic bone, sometimes further up near my belly button, sometimes on the right, sometimes on the left!!! I always find bubs hiding somewhere though with a lovely heartbeat! Do u think this is a good sign that they move around so much or is it just my cervix moving around? Anyone else experiencing the same?? Is this normal?? xx

My OB had to chase my baby around my tummy this morning to get a heart rate reading. Same thing when I had my 12 week scan - we had to keep prodding and coughing to get baby to stay in correct position because he seemed to prefer dancing about all over the place. Definitely normal I would say!

I am 10wks and considering getting a doppler now that i found out my doc group only does 1 ultrasound at 18-20wks!!!! (unless there's a problem) So i'm very interested in your question,lol. I hear some women have a hard time finding the h/b and i don't want to stress myself out anymore than needed (also my 1st bubs)

Awww bless ya! I wondered what the little munchers were all about!! Hee hee! Awww hun its amazing when you hear it, i found my bubs at 9+4 but everyone is different! I cant believe ypu wont get an ultrasound until at least 18 weeks, thats terrible!! When i didnt find bubs in same place the second time i used doppler i did panic, then found him/her a bit higher, have now found out that i probs will never find bubs in same spot next time so not too panic again....easier said than done i know, lol! xx

lol, always easier said! DH is trying frantically to get me to stop reading up online and freaking out so i thought maybe a doppler will ease my worries if i hear the h/b Doc found the hb last week at 9+1 165bpm I wished DH was there for it! At least now i know if i get one i'll have to search a bit every time They told me 18-20wks this morning and i almost fell out of the chair,lol! What brand doppler do you have? So far everyone i talked to only has the Hi Bebe, but it's $100!!

I use the angelsounds which i got off Amazon for £20 not sure how much in the US, best £20 i ever spent! Awww am so glad all went well at your first scan! Im the same as you though constantly googling every ache and twinge! My dh thinks am nuts! Lol! Hugs xx
