my crinone gel is stuck sorry if tmi

this is really horrible im getting really strong af pains but just tiny spots of blood, little bits of red crinone gel are coming away now and then but i am completely blocked up with it, its like concrete, is it like this for most people and any ideas on how long it will take to go away, i finished using it last night and could hardly put the tube in im really sore too, i told the clinic and they said have a warm bath which ive done but its not helping

Crinone is horrid isn't it?! I haven't had what you have - but I read somewhere that it is good to clean the vagina out every few days using a clean finger (sorry TMI). Not sure if it's the right thing to do but the build up is just so yuk! Mind you when I have done that the gel build up has been soft and easy to remove. Maybe try to call the clinic again tomorrow if it's painful. Hope you feel better soon.

thank you for replying ive had 2 hot baths today and the second one helped a bit and ive managed to get rid of some its so disgusting though and i felt quite queezy it eased a bit though so will try the same tommorrow x
