My first rimester blood screening results

Hey i live in greece but am a brit , me and my fella are pregnant around 14 weeks now, at 12 weeks and 6 days we did nt scan which doc said was brilliant giving us a 1 in 18000 chance of ds.

then the blood results came back

my hcg was high at 3,544 mom 97,6 ui/l
and Papp - a low at 0,397 mom 1320 iu/l

can anyone help me with waht these results mean
