Hi ladies I have found a great website called www.myfitnesspal.com it adds up the calories on all your favourite foods and logs your exercise and tells you how many calories you have burned by exercising, it seems to have a good list of foods as you can add the food items info into the system and this helps everyone find what they are looking for.
It even has an app for your phone I have an android phone.
I've lost 2lbs this week by using this, Just thought it might be useful to some you.
