My friend can no longer log in

I have a friend that was TTC and had some miscarrages and an etopic pregnancy. I told her about BnB and she became a member and was loving it! Now she can't log in. She has tried asking for technical support, and not gotten anything back.... She even tried opeining a new account with a new name and it won't let her. Can someone give me some information about what to do or who to contact???

Also, when I tried the technical support tab, it just goes to a blank page. So I figured I'd try here.

Also worth checking her spam box in emails to see if the responses are being sent there.

I see your friend is still needing to activate her account and has 0 post count?

Could you request she emails me from her registered account confirming her DOB if she is having problems.
