My Hcg isn't going up or down!! help!

Hi. I'm wondering if anyone has been/is in similar situation to me, as I can't seem to find any answers on the internet. 4th cycle of ICSI and test day was Thu 3rd last week. Light bleeding started the Sun before (30th) - ideally timed for implantation bleeding, so was thrilled. But light bleeding has continued - is getting less, but still some every day. So, tested on Thu 3rd - positive. HCG on 3rd was 60.1, rather low, so had it tested again on Sat 5th and it was still the same (well, 60.2). What is going on? Preg test still says postive. I appreciate that HCG should be going up (ideally double every 48hrs) if a viable pregnancy. But I was told is should be going down if its a bio-chem preg. Why is it the same? Having bloods done again tomorrow, so hoping that will give some answers. But in meantime, can anyone shed any light?

Sometimes it can take a while to start going down after a chemical / miscarriage. I still got +ve tests nearly a week after my miscarriage.

As it turns out, my hcg went up again - alot. Clinic are perfectly happy with levels and have booked me in for 7wk scan in 2wks I am getting hcg tested again in about a wk, as I'm a little anxious still. But good new so far anyway.
