as far as i know my partner had few if any of his childhood imunisations.
the recent measles outbreak got me thinking. would it be wise to get him to go have whatever jabs he can have now, to make up for the ones he didnt haveas a child? I think its possible he could catch measles and pass it to our 8 month old if this outbreak does get big... pluss i dont want him to get measles!

i need to know what the risks are to him and of him passing things onto our LO

thanks all

is your LO up to date with his vax?

frankly i think it would be a waste of time. an adult body is more resiliant to those described as childhood diseases.

also the outbreat seems to be localised within south wales so as long as your OH stays away from there you should be alright for now.

I had an allergic reaction the my very first jab so it was recommended to my mum that i not have any of the others as it could kill me. im not immunised and im not worried about it, but then i did have measles as a youngster so this could have helped me. but if i do develop it then i would face it when or even if it happens. there is no way of saying if it will spread further a field than south wales.
