Are massive! My calf's are fine, but my ankles and feet look like they belong to someone else. They're really uncomfy too - really tight :-(

Anyone else?

me! me! me!

i love mornings as they are somewhat normal looking, but they get so swollen, i hate wearing any shorts or anything that show my cankles. so i stick to long pants, during summer!!! ugh.

i cant wait till after baby is out and i get my legs back.

I had one day like that last week and expecting more and more of them in the coming weeks. I feel for you ladies! I've been told to make sure you drink a lot of water but I'm sure you all know that...

oh honey, to be 28 weeks pregnant...id give anything.

no amount of water or elevation helps when you get on to 30+ weeks. cherish these moments when your feet/ankles only swell one day out of the week.

Thats what I figured...I know nothing helped me that day last week! I try to tell myself cankles are the new fashion accessory this summer.

Yeah my anckles are swollen to and they get itchy xx

oh thank god for that ive come home from hos with cankles!!! not glad your all sufering but glad im not the only one xx

I hear ya sisters. And I'm only 30 weeks. Although, twins, and measuring 38, so I think I deserve the sympathy.

On the other hand though, I will be delivering at 37, so I suppose that evens it out a bit.

My lovely husband gave me a gorgeous foot massage tonight. It did bog all for the swelling, but it felt sooo good!

Hey. Im 39 weeks and 4 days and my feet are really swollen. Its right that no amount of water or putting your feet up seems to work. They are really tight and when i flex them they go yellow. Not pretty! xx

Right there with you
the burning pain OMG... and swollen.. boohooo
feeling so sorry for myself

We've got a wedding to go to tomorrow and I'm wearing a knee length dress. That's going to be attractive with cankles - not !!:dohh:

lol i have this :( although its right from my calves > ankles > feet. my calves are a lot bigger too! although that may just be the weight I've gained :p
I'm lucky though! in that i had stupid little stick legs pre-pregnancy so my calves look a normal size now!
the ankles and feet (and hands!) I definitely want back though. I used to have such dainty little feet. now I feel like an elephant :(

I have had swollen feet and ankles for the past week, it started off being just the evening about a month ago, then the afternoon and since the beginning of this week it has been as soon as I am out of bed. My midwife advised I get flight socks and to wear them whenever possible. I got some that are more like tan coloured knee highs but they are quite a lot thicker, although they can make my feet hot they do help with the swelling and burning.
