My posts don't update?

Some forums refresh every so often, or even if I manually refresh the page then new threads that were just posted pop up. On this site, it seems like the same threads stay on the page for days at a time...is there something in my settings? How can I see the most recent posts?

What forums are you looking at? Most of them move very quickly from what I've seen? Though if there is an older thread that keeps getting new posts that will pop it back up to the top of the page. Alternately you can use the unread posts function in the top right hand corner but that will show you posts from every forum and not individual forums.
