My Pubic Bone is Jutting out...Help!!

I assume everyone knows where theres is, or is supposed to be. My pubic bone, that bone under your stomach and above the vagina where the pubis is, well mine sticks out to one side. if I wear tights it is very noticeable. If my shorts or jeans are too tight, they press against it and its irritating and slightly painful. Please tell me why this is, and if it will affect me giving birth???

ive got this!!! ans its only become noticeable again as ive lost weight and gone back to how i was pre-pg. lol xx
