my son is 13 in a couple of weeks & is on a special diet

he is on low protein diet & its just getting so hard i have to take his blood every week to check his protein levels this is how we now if he has ate anything he shouldn,t have , they like to see his level at the 400 mark & it was like 1000 well to high this is just getting harder the older he is getting i don,t know what else i can say to him to make him stick this diet , im glad that none of my other kids have this as its bad enough with just the one on it . violet xx

Aww hun i dont know what to say, ive never been in that situation but i can imagine with a lad that age its really difficult
