My story.2WW.All signs.. but did I lose it?

Back in December I TTC. I marked down my symptoms around CD 13, the day I started Baby dancing. The day after I had a sharp pain/pinch on my left side. I got excited, thought it was a sign. I have an exact 28 day cycle. Never spotted. Day2 2 Another sharp pain on left side.
Day3. Yellow cm. Got excited because I NEVER got yellow CM. And saw somewhere "It could be a sign" Also my nose was dripping on and off.. I don't have allergies, I am like clockwork, if I'm sick, i'm sick.
Day4- Slight bbs pain
Day5- Very stinky CM!! My goodness.. never had before. Sore throat one point in day, then disappears later on and starts up for 5 min, then gone? What??
Day 6 Very tired and hungry.
Day 7 Sharp pain on left side again. Lasts about a min. Stuffy nose lasts 1/2 hour.
Day8 Sharp pains in morning again.
Day9. Very bad sore bbs
Day10 Blood clot and light bleeding.

All signs after that gone. EXCEPT I've had BV since then and just had it taken care of last month! But like I said, no other signs, no pains, no sore boobs.. no nothing even with normal periods since Jan. Could I have been pregnant?

Also, after I ate, even the smallest thing, i felt so bloated.

After spotting, I got so excited thinking it was implantation bleeding... I got a normal period a week later.

Its is possible for the egg to be fertilized but for implantation to fail.
Ive read these cases before, chemical pregnancies.
Sometime the uterine lining might not be thick enough for the egg to burrow in, there are lots of reasons why this can happen.
Perhaps you should try vit B6- It is known to help your body produce more progesterone which has a number of benefits to your body including thickening the uterine lining.
