Hello Everyone

here is my story, a year in august i had a m/c was sooo soo sad. i ended up not coping very well at all, i left my then partner, and moved back home.

before the miscarriage i had a polyp removed from my womb and was suffering from bulimia - i still wonder if these are factors that led to the m/c - i was advised to wait a few months until i tried for a baby after the op but i didnt wait.

since then i started seein another guy, who is truly amazing to me, and i am now pregnant again.

i am no lnoger bulimic, i eat healthy, proper meals, and i am alot happier.

i just want to do allll i can to ensure i dont m/c again.

i feel my symptoms are sooo much stronger this time around

has anyone out there miscarried there first child then gone on and had their 2nd child ok

x

Hi hon - I didn't want to read and run. I didn't m/c but my little Ruby had a fatal malformation of the skull.

It's great that your life seems so much happier and more balanced than before! A very high percentage of first pregnancies end in m/c so you have every chance of this little one being just fine! You're eating well and feeling positive and those are the best things you can give to your baby - try not to worry, PMA works wonders when pregnant after loss :flower: xxx

Congratulations on your pregnancy and well done on overcoming your battle with bulimia! You are obviously a strong lady and I wish you lots of luck and love for your pregnancy xxx

Good luck, Laura! And congrats on your bfp! Glad to see you're doing better now. Don't blame yourself for your mc, please. Most of the time, it's just a chromosomal abnormality or something completely out of your control.

I had a mmc the first time around - found out at 8 wks, but lost it well before. As of today, we're at 11 wks, 4 days and had an ultrasound a couple days ago that so far as I can tell, looks healthy. Not nearly out of the woods yet, but we are definitely on the way. There are lots of lovely ladies on here who've gone on to healthy babies.

Good luck - and take good care of yourself!
