People say we shouldnt think about it,
They dont understand that we try,
But every month BFN and oh boy it makes us cry.
When mommies with babies and toddlers say someday it will be your day
We all want to tell them to go to hell, but instead we stop and pray.
I am grateful for those ladies who are in the same boat as me,
Who when they speak, they dont use words, they simply use T- T and C.
Those acronyms that we all learn while bonding with the few that are
In the same situation,
we are not alone who knew?
So temperatures and charting become a way of life.
The thinking and obsessing over every twinge, cringe and sigh,
Until the day we get out BFP, those hopes of lifes greatest high.
So mommy wannabes gather together and
From each other we draw strength, to walk this road, as long as it may be,
Whether we are trying for baby one, two or three,
Until we can tell the world Meet my new baby.
