Name suggestions - girl

I thought I'd settled on a name but ran it past family and they all insist on mispronouncing it so don't think it'll be the one after all. Totally stuck for inspiration now.

Name I'd chosen was Elowen (pronounced El-OO-wen, but they are saying it El-oh-WEN which irks me).

Other name I like is Rowan but I'd chosen that for 1st dd and when she was born it just didn't fit so would like a few other names to chose from if needed.

Middle name will be Ritchie.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received, I'm not keen on anything too popular.

I think the name you picked is beautiful, maybe you could come up with a new way to spell it so that it looks how it sounds?
