Names again.

Right me and the hubby have been struggling with names, but we think we like Tyler for a boy, but we dont what would make a good middle name to go with that, i cant think of any that sound good, so any suggestions there would be appreciated.
And we are struggling for a girls name. I like Abbey and he likes Jessica, what do you lot think?

I prefer the name abby personally both nice names though!!

Isn't Abbey a nickname for Abigail? I'd be inclined to call her Abigail with Abbey as her nickname.

What about Scott for a boy's middle name?

Yeah Abbey is short for abigail, bit we just want the Abbey, i think im going with that.
Im not sure about Scott for the middle name, Tyler Scott, it looks ok, but i dont know
If it helps our last name is Smith.

I think you can go for more syllables with last name Smith. Try some 3-syllable names in the middle - it's got a nice rhythm.
Two-syllables work, too.

I very nearly called my little girl Jessica but went away from it as it's very very popular!! Lovely name though!!

Also if I had a boy I was going to name him Tyler James

I think it sounds nice & there's the possibiltiy of calling him TJ that way if you like names like that

Thats exactly what I was going to suggest Tyler James, think it is very cute.

I personally think both Abbey and Jessica are pretty names, but I would go with Abbey
