Names for my daughter, need help! :)

Hi all! I would like your opinions on some names for my little girl. We have a very common, one syllable last name. Begins with an S. Can you tell me which names you like best? I'm into feminine, slightly unique names.

Fiona Mae
Scarlett Mae
Aila (or Ayla or Isla) Mae
Freya Hattie

I'm worried "Mae" sounds too much like the candy Fannie Mae!

I really like Isla Mae. I love the name Hattie too, but as a first name rather than a middle name.. Hattie Mae goes nice too
