Names that your OH has suggested that you can't stand...

So, if any of you are like me and have a partner/husband who is extremely difficult when it comes to agreeing on names, you will have most likely heard some shockers of suggestions.

Some of the names that OH has suggested so far (including last pregnancy) are:
Atwater
Mortimer
Ross
Booker
Jethro (might be to some peoples taste, but reminds me of hillbillies...)
Zelda
Optimus or Optimus Prime (yes, he was serious )

My oh likes Dragan for a boy and tiger-lily for a girl! I like traditional names!

The compromise for our son was a slightly unusual middle name that oh chose while I chose the first name...

My OH suggested Summer, I know lots of people have children named this but I really really dislike this name! Oh and also he wants to put Norton as our sons middle name, which I also can't stand....

DH suggested Shug. His arguement was that it is the Scottish version of Hugh/Huw. So?! . He also suggested Murdoch which sounds far too like 'murder' for me!

My DH pushed reeeeeally hard for Zelda when I was pregnant with our LO. There was no way I was letting that happen. It's a cool name in theory but I like traditional/feminine names and could never, ever picture myself with a baby Zelda!

For a girl he suggested Teagen, Tiffany and Kelsie- I hated them all

at some of these names, so glad to know my OH isn't the only one. I'm sure they would make comments to the same extent about our name choices, but I'm sure ours are a lot more reasonable.

the one name he has suggested has been Chloe.. but i just don`t like it.. there is nothing wrong with it, but i just dont like it.
