Nappy Rash

Can anyone recommend something nice and natural for nappy rash please? Saf's little bum has been sore of late and my usual creams don't seem to be helping enough. Any home remedies??

Yes you're right. I do try to give her a 'free bum' as much as poss. Maybe she needs it a bit more though at the mo. Thanks

I loved Earth Mama preggo oil and I'll def have a go at the homemade recipe and or the chamomile tea. Might try the breast milk tomorrow though...as long as I don't need to use much. Expressing isn't my strongest talent! lol

If you've got an aloe plant. if you break off a leaf and rub the sap on, that's a great healer - pure aloe vera! Works brilliantly on small burns as well. I always keep a plant in the kitchen, as I'm always burning my fingers or wrists!
