Nasty Rash!

Since Thomas has started weaning and also dribbling a lot, he has developed a really nasty rash under and on his chin. Has anyone else had this, and other than sudocream, is there anything else I can put on it to clear it up?

It could be the bibs hun sam was like this untill i got him some of those wipeable ones as they dont soak up the water hun x

Tom gets red marks but no rash.. try putting Vaseline or E45 on
