hello
I am currently 24 weeks pregnant and am hoping to give natal hypnotherapy a go this time, I had to have an emercency c-section with my DD just under 2 years ago, the whole experience (I gave birth in Dubai) was quite traumatic and this time I want to be more positive, calm and controlled. My concern is how easy is it to do this when I will be being monitored for scar tissue tearing...has anyone had any experience of giving birth this way after a section?
Also, will hospitals accept my request for the cord not to be cut until it has stopped pulsating, I have read that premature cutting of the cord isn't great for the babies calm entrance into the world (am I being doolalee here?!?)
Please share your experiences as really want to approach this in the right way.
Thanks
