what are the best natural nappy and nipple creams? Ed's teeth are starting to play up again and he get awful rashes (touchwood none yet), I usually use Kamilosan but I'm worried the greasyness might not be too good for his nappies

it'll be ok if you user either a paper or fleece liner.

i use the ones that babipur sell and i find them really good, the times i've needed them it's cleared up the same day.
