Natural cycle with trigger shot??

I posted this in assisted conception but no reply's.

Hi ladies i was meant to start a medicated IUI cycle but we are going to try a natural cycle with a trigger shot. I kind of zoned out when the Dr was explaining, i know i will have to have scan's to check my follicle growth, but im confused as to what will happen next.

I had my follicle growth checked after my first ever cycle of clomid. Then i had the trigger shot on a Friday and surprisingly got pregnant! The doctor said it was only a 10 percent chance, but apparently the trigger shot works. Also, he said i was most fertile saturday night through Sunday, but my fiancee had to go out of town so we were only able to try Friday night and Saturday afternoon. (Sorry if that's too much information) But I just wanted to pass along that maybe the trigger shot works faster sometimes and not to wait until they say to wait, but try right away. I am totally shocked I got pregnant on the first trigger shot attempt.
