natural miscarriage - ovulating?

Hi ladies was just wonder whether anyone had this or something similar.

found out I was pregnant 8th oct, started with pink discharge before bleed on the 16th lasted until 22nd, i passed blood clots and poss the pregnancy on 19th as that was the only time i passed any clot like tissue.

I had my scan on the 22nd all seemed to have passed and ok, my hcg level was 41 then couple days later 18.

since that wednesday i have been having twinges mostly from my left ovary it is like a ovulation pain. but sometimes the pain is right in the middle so im guessing that could possibly be my uterus going back to normal.

Ive had some discharge thats indicating ovulation but its not quite to my normal discharge.

does this sound like my body is gearing up again already or is this all part of the miscarriage?

I'm sorry for your loss. It could be your body gearing up for O. You can ovulate about 2 weeks after a mc. As your hcg fell to 18 I think you can assume the discharge and the ovary pain you are experiencing are probably due to ovulation.

bit of an update -

TMI ALERT,

Tonight i had what was streak of bright red blood in a jelly like discharge. it only appeared once after I wiped and that was it. I checked to see if i was bleeding anymore but nothing. I had implantation bleed with my first pregnancy which was a little similar.

I really couldnt say this is this as it would be very early?!
also my cervix is high and felt hard, had a job it find it.

It could my ovulation. Sometimes some women bleed a little when they ovulate. It happened to me once. If you continue to bleed I would go back to the doc to get it checked out. But if it is just a little bit in some discharge then it is probably ovulation.
